YARD CARD IT – POLICIES

​1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel before the scheduled delivery date, you may choose:

    • A 50% refund, or

    • A full credit toward a future booking (subject to availability).

  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No refunds will be issued if:

    • The homeowner requests an early removal.

    • Incorrect address is provided.

    • Yard conditions prevent setup (e.g., hard soil, unmaintained lawn).

    • Animals prevent the display from being set up.

    • The location is within a gated community and access is denied.

2. Rush Orders

  • Rush and same-day orders may be accommodated based on availability.

  • A rush fee may apply for last-minute bookings.

  • If an order cannot be completed due to availability, a full refund will be issued.

3. Inclement Weather

  • If hazardous weather conditions (e.g., lightning, extreme wind, ice) prevent setup, we may need to cancel or reschedule your order.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

4. Sign Damage & Liability

  • All display items remain the property of Yard Card It.

  • Any damage, theft, or loss of signs will be the client’s financial responsibility.

  • Signs should not be moved without consent from Yard Card It.

  • Yard Card It is not responsible for any injuries or damage to persons or property during setup, rental, or removal.

5. Right to Refuse Service

  • Yard Card It reserves the right to decline orders that are deemed offensive, political, controversial, disrespectful, or inappropriate.

  • If an order is declined, a full refund will be issued.
